At Toucan RC Hobby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit or style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box to prevent damage.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once the items pass inspection.
